Dermal Fillers are our most versatile injectable, effectively treating everything from a hooked nose to deep lines around the mouth. Unlike anti-wrinkle injections, which works by paralysing the muscle, Dermal Fillers are injected directly into the skin and allowing us to sculpt cheekbones, correct an asymmetric nose, plump lips and erase wrinkles, all within a 30-minute appointment.
While anti-wrinkle injections can only reverse wrinkles caused by repeated muscle contraction (i.e. frown lines beget by frowning), Dermal Fillers can improve the appearance of all lines, including those brought on by sun damage or smoking.
Due to the variety of concerns that Dermal Fillers address, we don’t have a typical profile for this procedure. In addition to treating age-related concerns, Dermal Fillers will suit any patient reluctant to look at surgical intervention.
